Cost: £500

Payment scheme of 3 payments of £170 is available, final payment must be made before the final practical exam day.

Overview:

As soon as you start the assessor qualification you are able to start assessing under guidance to get practise in before your final assessment.  These early assessments will be quality assured by a qualified assessor.  You will also start answering the 9 questions in the learner assessment record using reading material to reference your essays.  These will be marked by the guidance assessor, with an opportunity to receive and respond to feedback.  When fully qualified the assessor will then be able to assess any exam they themselves are qualified in.

YMCA says ‘This qualification is intended for those who assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the workplace (e.g. classroom, training environment)’.
